Breakfast:

  • Everything bagel, toasted
  • Cream cheese, whipped (shmear)
  • 8 oz seltzer (plain)

Mid-morning

  • Macadamia nut coffee with liquid sucralose and heavy cream (2 tbsp)
  • 12 oz can of lemon-lime seltzer

Lunch

  • Amy’s vegetarian shepherd’s pie
  • 12 oz can of lemon-lime seltzer
  • Two handfuls of baby carrots
  • 1 90 cal pouch of guacamole
  • 1 Gala apple
  • 1 handful of macadamia nuts

Midafternoon

  • 12 oz can of lemon-lime seltzer
  • Pineapple chunks

Dinner

  • Amy’s Broccoli Cheese pie
  • 8 oz low-cal Gatorade

Snack

  • Sriracha vegetable chips
  • 16 oz seltzer (plain)
