Yes, I’m already getting tired of this.

Breakfast (9:00 AM)

  • Pumpernickel bagel with cream cheese (shmear)
  • 17 ounces of seltzer (plain)

Midmorning (10:15 AM)

  • Coffee with two drops liquid sucralose and half-and-half (2 tbsp)

Lunch (noon)

  • Kung Pao noodle bowl (Simply Asia)
  • Remainder of seltzer from bottle (17 oz)

Snack (3:30 PM)

  • Herr’s Old Bay potato chips
  • Bottle of Coke Zero

Dinner (6:00 PM)

  • Amy’s Mattar Paneer
  • Baby carrots
  • Single serving of Sabra hummus

Snack

  • Popcorn with butter and salt
  • 1/3 pint Banana split ice cream

  1. I applaud your dedication. I’ve tried to do food journals in the past for similar reasons and consistently failed, hard.
