Breakfast (7:30 AM)

  • Two bowls of Puffins cereal
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 12 oz seltzer, lemon-lime

Morning snack (10:30-11:00 AM)

  • Coffee with liquid sucralose and heavy cream (2 tbsp)
  • 12 oz raspberry lime seltzer
  • Banana

Lunch (12:50 PM)

  • Amy’s Mexican tofu scramble, mixed with
  • 1 90 calorie pack of guacamole
  • 1/2 bunch celery


  • Homemade nachos – tortilla chips, Amy’s spicy chili, cheese, and sour cream
  • Low-calorie Gatorade
