Almost done!  Woo!

Breakfast

  • Pumpernickel bagel with cream cheese (shmear)
  • Coffee with liquid sucralose and half-and-half

Midmorning

  • 33.8 oz seltzer (plain)

Lunch

  • Green Giant Garden Vegetables
  • Pretzels
  • Guacamole (two 90 calorie packs)

Dinner

  • Cheese tortellini with garlic and oil
  • 33 oz seltzer
  • Homemade ice cream sandwich – 2 waffles, banana split ice cream, 1/3 banana
  • Remainder of banana

Snack

  • Popcorn with butter and salt
